✅When can I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the product is in its original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.
🚫Non-eligible products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or are missing their original packaging.

💳Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
📦Return shipping cost
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.
